A common misunderstanding among dog owners is that their breed of dog has specific training needs. This belief is perpetuated by trainers, vets, books on the breed and breed forums, so it’s no wonder that so many people believe that their specific breed has specialist needs.

What are your favourite dog breeds?

Following on from yesterday’s blog about what makes a good dog breed, I thought that it would be interesting just to ask people what their favourite dog breeds are and why! Just for fun really, nothing to do with dog psychology. Please post your comments below.
