If your dog is scared of fireworks it’s a sure sign that they need to be shown by you that the fireworks are nothing to worry about. A standard human reaction isn’t appropriate unfortunately. We naturally try to reassure the dog as we would a child, stroking them and trying to tell them that everything is alright.
